Shipping
Product shipping costs are calculated based on location and weight. We ship items twice weekly, every Monday and Wednesday. For example, if you place your order Wednesday through Sunday, the product will be shipped on Monday. If the order is placed on Monday through Tuesday, then the product will be shipped on Wednesday.

Thank you for purchasing our products at skinbytallow.com. We believe in providing our customers with high-quality effective skin care. If you are in any way dissatisfied with our product, please contact us at info@skinbytallow.com. We will work diligently to address any concerns that you may have.
Product cost refund, store credit, or a replacement only applies to products purchased through skinbytallow.com.
To initiate a return, a replacement, or store credit, please contact us at info@skinbytallow.com within 30 calendar days of purchase. Please include such details as your name, your address, the order number and reason for the request, your phone number, and your email address.
Once your request has been received by us, you will be notified via email if your refund is approved or denied. Once your refund has been approved and processed, we will issue a product refund to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
Only regular-priced items are eligible to be refunded or exchanged; unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
You are entitled to a full refund or exchange in the event that the product is defective or damaged during shipping. If product arrives in such a condition, contact us at info@skinbytallow.com within 72 hours for a replacement or full purchase price and shipping cost refund.
If you wish to cancel an order that hasn’t left our studio, please contact us at info@skinbytallow.com, and we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Please note:
If you have purchased more than two items within the same order at skinbytallow.com, in order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the products within 15 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. You should also include all of the product's instructions, documents, and wrappings. Products that are damaged, or not in the same condition as when you received them, or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased products while they are in your possession. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take up to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
